Cancellation Policy

Bin Hire

You are able to cancel your bin hire order 24 hours prior to delivery.  Once delivery has commenced you will be charged the full bin hire.

Portabin purchase

You have 10 days in which to return and gain a refund for you Portabin.  The portabin must not have been opened or used in many way to effect a refund.

Damages and issues  relating to purchase of Portabin
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage.

Exchanges 

Exchange is possible if you wish to upgrade your portabin to a 9 mtr skip bin.  Please call our office on 0800336373 to organise.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
